Chris Ouwinga, Chief Executive Officer  | Chris Ouwinga (1955) has been chairman of the board (CEO) since 1986. In 1980 he was co-founder of the then Unit 4. In 1983 he was promoted to assistant director and he became responsible for technical matters. In 1986 he was appointed CEO of Unit 4. Under his leadership Unit 4 Agresso grew into one of Europe’s leading suppliers of business software. Chris Ouwinga is member of the statutory board (Board of Directors) |
Edwin van Leeuwen, Chief Financial Officer  | Edwin van Leeuwen (1966) joined Unit 4 Agresso in the middle of 1999 and has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since April 2002. His primary areas of attention are Finance, Legal Affairs and Investor Relations. He is a chartered accountant (RA) and was previously employed as manager of Finance & Control with Koninklijke Van Ommeren N.V. Prior to this he worked for 8 years as an accountant at, amongst others, Coopers & Lybrand. Edwin van Leeuwen is member of the statutory board (Board of Directors) |
Jos Andeweg  | Jos Andeweg (1953) joined Unit 4 in 1985 as the 35th employee as Head of Training and since then has held several management and director’s posts at several locations of the company. Since 2001 he has been Director of the Benelux Division of Unit 4 Agresso. Before his career at Unit 4 started, he held various positions in the corporate sector; the last one in professional education as a lecturer in business courses. |
Ab van Marion  | Ab van Marion (1955) joined Unit 4 Agresso in April 2002 and has been a (non-statutory) member of the managing board of Unit 4 Agresso since the beginning of 2004. He primarily focuses on the further expansion of the international organization of Unit 4 Agresso. Before he joined Unit 4 Agresso he held various national and international directorships with, among others, Nedgraphics (CEO), WANG Laboratories (General Manager), Informix (Managing Director) and Progress Software (Director European Operations). Ab van Marion is a member of the Supervisory Board of Xerox Nederland BV. |
Jeremy Roche  | Jeremy B. Roche (1965) is Chief Executive Officer of CODA. He was the driving force behind CODA plc’s success and global expansion prior to its acquisition by Unit 4 Agresso in February 2008. He began his career at IBM, after which he joined the software house Lychgate UK where he held a number of senior systems engineering and sales roles. He joined Science Systems (now SciSys) as commercial director in 1990. Following the acquisition of CODA in March 2000, he was appointed to head up the product strategy and research and development functions of the CODA Group. Two years later he was appointed CEO. |
