Supervisory Board

Appointed in 1997. Mr Van der Raadt is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Desso Management B.V. and member of the board of the Dutch-German Chamber of Commerce. Mr Van der Raadt has extensive general management experience and has specific knowledge in the area of financial corporate governance.

Appointed in 2002. His current positions are: member of the Teleca AB Supervisory Board, Supervisory Director of Siennax International B.V. and chairman of the Supervisory Board of Quint Wellington Redwood B.V. Mr Vunderink has many years of experience in the IT industry, both in the market for professional services and for software products. He has led international
expansions and is an expert in the area of marketing and account management.

Appointed in 2003. His current positions are: chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Dutch Animal Protection Society, chairman of the Board of the Central Discothèque Rotterdam  Foundation Board, chairman of the Deerns N.V. Supervisory Board, member of the Board of the KNVB foundation 'More than two goals', member of the Fortis Mees Pierson Advisory Board, chairman of the Board of RET NV Rotterdam, chairman of the Board of the foundation 'Het  Kunkelsorgel', member of the Ciber Nederland BV Advisory Board, chairman of the Dutch  broadcasting company AVRO. Mr Smits has extensive management experience, among others in the fields of IT and ICT.

Appointed in 2005. His current main position is lawyer in the lawyers’ practice De Brauw  Blackstone Westbroek. Among his other positions are: chairman of the Supervisory Board of Jan Tabak N.V. and member of the Supervisory Board of Krasnapolsky Hotels & Restaurants N.V. Mr Wiersma has extensive management experience and is an expert in company law, in particular in the area of mergers and takeovers.
