CCS Agresso offers various ways of ensuring the successful implementation of Siebel CRM.

We use our own project implementation methodology, called OPTYM. This methodology is based on a Rapid Application Development / Deployment System, and has been developed internally by CCS Agresso, the fruit of our vast experience with CRM projects.

Our OPTYM methodology allows us to put the application into pre-production mode almost immediately, with the functionality that the client requires, appreciably reducing implementation time and costs: in short, it makes these services more affordable for smaller companies.

At the same time, CCS Agresso has an out-of-the-box CRM solution based on Siebel Midmarket technology. It allows small and mid-size companies to enjoy the best CRM Solution on the market at terms and prices unknown until now.
